Obama calls for shift from war to diplomacy

Bush really wanted to be isolationist, but 9/11 changed everything, Obama seems to ignore in a cynical and irresponsible way for a superpower. U.S. may not act as other countries and just decide to focus on domestic issues, otherwise it really threatens its hegemony and authority on world affairs, it remains pure pax americana.
